Based on what I was told the numbered patches were for how many
years you had attended summer camp at Watkins, but they were gone
by my first summer camp there in 86. I only remember a couple of
older guys who had the numbered ones when I joined, so I would guess
they ran out of them around 82 or 83 and went with the plain ones
that I have.
